We are very sorry to hear you did not score as high as expected. However, we can assure you that there in no technical issue in calculating your scores. We have carefully checked your scores.
As the exam is machine scored, the responses are scored objectively and consistently. The result is based on your overall performance. PTE scores are systematically evaluated and made available through servers. There is no intervention by any human. The scores indicated for each trait undergo a number of complex calculations to produce the total item score.
As a feedback, we can definitely request you to practice more and more so that you get your confidence back and attempt the exam for one last time. While attempting the speaking section, make sure you place the microphones parallel to your mouth keeping a distance of 3 inches. Maintain a normal intonation and we are sure you will excel. PTE does not provide a detailed scorecard to its candidates.
If you are still unhappy with your score, you may request a rescore of your test. However, please take the following into consideration;
• PTE Academic is automatically rescored; therefore, it is unlikely that your overall scores will change.
• Only spoken responses and open-ended written responses are rescored.
• In the unlikely event that your score changes, it may go up or down.
• If your score changes, it will replace your previous score.
To order a rescore, you must contact Pearson Customer Service within 14 calendar days of your score report being made available to you. You can contact customer service in your region here

테크니컬 이슈 없으니깐 리스코어 하란 답변 뿐이네요.
사실 이렇게 올 줄 알았지만.. 혹시나 하는 기대가 있었는데..
다시 시험을 접수하긴 했지만 제대로 나올지가 걱정이네요..
저도 어느정도 저런답변 예상하고 있었어요.
지네들 문제가 아닌데 제가 아는것만 해도 열명이 넘는데 -_-+
점수가 없으면 영주권 신청을 못하니 공부는 하고 있는데 참 암담하네요. T_T
아시는분 말씀으로는 본사 문제가 아니고 이번에 시스템 업데이트 하면서 컴퓨터에 걸린 바이러스 같은거 같다고 시간 지나면 안정화 될꺼라고 말씀 하시더라고요.
근데 정작 당사자는 점수가 급하니. T_T
그냥 시험 한 번 봐볼려고요.
내년 3월에 법이 바뀌니 마음은 조급한데 시스템까지 이러니 돌아버리겠네요 정말. T_T
