안녕하세요 지금 졸업비자 신청을 하고 기다리는중에 잠기 한국 을 다녀오느라 b로 바꾸고왔는데 오늘까지 b상태네요.. 브릿징B상태에서도 졸업비자승인이 될 수 있나요!? 기술심사가 늦어져서 기다려달란 메일을 보내고 딜레이디시젼 13일 메일을 받았었는데 언제 나올지 살짝 걱정되네요. 아! 받았던 기술심사결과는 바로 이미어카운트에 올리고컨펌했어요. 보냈다고 답장은 못했지만.
Usually, a BVB comes into effect as soon as it is granted or when your current substantive visa ends.
A BVB allows you to travel until a specified date unless the visa ceases prior to that date.
A BVB will end immediately when any of the following situations occur: you are granted the substantive visa you applied for you are granted another Bridging visa (including a BVA or BVB) in relation to the same substantive visa application that your BVB is associated with we cancel your BVB or the substantive visa that you held when you were granted a BVB you are outside Australia when the BVB specified travel period ends you leave Australia after the BVB specified travel period ends.
브리징 비자 상태에서 졸업생 비자가 승인되면 브리징비자의 효력이 사라진다고 나와있네요. 그렇다면 브리징 B비자 상태에서 신청한 비자가 승인 될 수 있다는 말인거 같네요. "you are granted the substantive visa you applied for"
