스피킹 28점은 무슨 의미일가요?

제가 얼마전 친 시험에서

Oral fluency 10
Pronunciation 17

 스피킹  스코어 28점이 나왓는데,
이건 마이크가 됐다는건가요 안됐다는 건가요?

0점이면 그냥 아예 마이크로폰 문제거니 하겠는데 Pronunciation 에서 17점이 나왔다는건 녹음이 아예 안되진 않았다는거 같은데 어떻게 이런 점수가 나왔는지 당채 이해할수가 없어여 ㅠㅠ

제가 마이크로폰 체크할때 중간 볼륨으로 되있던걸 3으로 줄였어요. 잡음이 너무 심해서요. 그게 문제 였던걸가요...
볼륨을 줄여도 잘만들려서 줄인건데... 마이크소리까지 같이 줄어들어서 녹음이 안된걸가요.
