리딩 지문 질문이요

안녕하세요, PTE-study에서 리딩 풀고있는데 오랜만에 몰아서 왕창 풀어서 그런가 눈이 매직아이 상태 ㅠㅠ 입니다.

아무리 읽어봐도 이게 왜 답인지 이해가 되질 않아서.. 여쭤봅니다!

멀티플 초이스 문제입니다. (두 문제 여쭤보겠습니다!, 미리 감사합니다 ㅠ)

Observe the dilemma of the fungus: it is a plant, but it possesses no chlorophyll. While all other plants put the sun’s energy to work for them combining the nutrients of ground and air into the body structure, the fungus must look elsewhere for energy supply. It finds it in those other plants which, having received their energy free from the sun, relinquish it at some point in their cycle either to animals (like us humans) or to the fungi. In this search for energy the fungus has become the earth’s major source of rot and decay. 왜 5번이 답인가요??? (5번은 본문 밑줄에 나왔다고 생각하는데 아닌가요??)

Books of travel are of all kinds, from the dry records of laborious statisticians to the trivial diaries of globe-trotters. Explorers, seamen, archaeologists, naturalists, dreamers, what type of man or woman has not written a book of travel? 2번은 어떤 근거로 찾을 수 있나요?

아이엘츠에서는 not given 이 있잖아요, PTE도 보기에 본문에 언급되지 않은 것들이 들어가죠? 

그냥 단어만 바꾼게 아니라,,, 뭔가 전체를 이해해야 하는 것 같아서 너무 어렵게 느껴지네요 ㅠㅠ

리딩에 제일 어렵습니다 흑흑흑

아 그리고, PTE study 리딩에서 오답이 있을 수 있나요? 다른 것도 ㅠㅠ 이상한게 많아서 ㅠㅠ
