문장 읽을 때요. in which

기본적인 질문이예요. ^^;

According to recent research, /sunshine and warm weather have a positive effect on our moods./ The British Journal of Psychology has published a report in which it claims that anxiety levels fall when temperatures rise, /while increased exposure to sunshine makes us think more positively about our lives.

두번째 문장을 쭉 읽고 싶지만 숨이 모자라서 끊어야 겠는데 어디가 끊어읽기 하는게 맞나요? 전 녹음 하신 분 처럼 잘 안읽어져요.

끊어읽을 때요. The British Journal of Psychology has published a report / in which it claims

                    The British Journal of Psychology has published a report in/ which it claims 이렇게 하면 안되는거죠?

그리고 it claims that anxiety levels fall/

          it claims /that anxiety levels fall/ when temperatures rise,

이렇게 읽어야 할까요? 조언 좀 부탁드려요...
