안녕하세요 swt 연습 중인데 한문장으로 만들기가 쉽지 않네요

아래의 글이 한문장 이 맞는지 혹시 틀린부분이 있는지 많은 조언 부탁 드립니다 꾸벅!

날씨가 너무 더워요 ~!!

The world popular beverage which comes from Asia normally and is good for our health such as relieve stress, sleep well is tea, Although it is used social drink more.

너무 생활 영어만 하다보니... 문법 이 너무 엉망이네요.. 감사합니다 ^^

The lecturer talked about the world popular beverage and he said that it is a tea which is well known to facilatate to get a sleep and help to maintain good health, even though nowadays social drink is more popular.

국가 이름등 고유명사 외에는 대문자 쓰시는거 주의해주세요! 컴퓨터가 1문장이 아니다 라고 판단하여 점수를 못받으실수 있어요. 마침표는 항상 제일 끝에 하나만 적어야하시는것도요!
