늘 스코어 가이드 보면 그때 뿐이고 생각 보다 잘 까먹는 거 같아서 여기에 올려 놓으면 더 보기 좋을꺼 같아서요.

가장 쉽게 가져 갈 수 있는 점수가 Form이겠군요. Spelling도 보시는 것 처럼 1개만 틀려도 1점 감점에 그 이상이라면 0점이니 확실하지 않다면 적지 않는 방법이 가장 좋을 꺼 같네요. Voca의 경우 아직 정확한 정보가 없는 거 같은데요. 아카데믹한 단어를 사용해야 된다는 말도 많이 있지만, 개인적인 생각으로는 꼭 그것이 필수는 아닌거 같아요.

밑의 내용은 몇권 안되는 PTE 서적에서 발췌한 부분입니다. 책의 10%도 안되니 저작권이랑 상관없겠죠?

SST 오디오 내용이구요.
Well, our research team spent a year looking at the way local government is functioning, talking to the stakeholders, surveying the community and basically we identified three main issues - three main areas of concern when it comes to government at the local level of the town or city. One of them. and perhaps this is the most important one, is that we need to enable citizens. ordinary people, to take more responsibility. as co-authors of their civic lives. They need to be able to determine what kinds of services and facilities they need and also, think about how they can contribute in those areas, how they can become involved. A second area we looked at was how to create a public service and public servants - who are able to actually support citizens in what they want and need. Now this should perhaps happen in a more down-to-earth and less bureaucratic way than we've seen in the past. I'm talking about moving towards a more customer-directed approach across the board. Finally. we need to look at the relationships between national government. local government, and citizens, because that has not been functioning as it should. We've had over-directive centralism. and a kind of mistrust has emerged between national and local bodies - and it's the citizens who bear the brunt of this.

Last is to solve the problem of mistrust between national and local governments which make citizens bear the very high cost.

그리고 시험관의 코멘트를 보면(컴퓨터 평가를 시험관이 분석한 거겠죠? 아마도)
examiner’s comments: This summary is quite strong, and contains all of the lecture’s points. However, the student’s description of the second concern of local government is not completely clear. The student should have said ‘to create public service which is more customer directed’. Grammatical structures have been used appropriately and there are no spelling mistakes, but the summary would lose points for being too long (72 words).

이 수헙자의 점수가 67인데, 이 점수가 오버롤 점수라 정확하게 파악될 순 없을 듯 싶지만 살펴보면,
컨텐츠가 다 포함되어 있다고 했지만, 두번째 줄에 정확하지 않다라고 하니 컨텐츠에서 1점
폼에서 70자가 넘었기 때문에 1점
문법은 알맞고 2점
보카는 두번째 줄에서 보면 이렇게 썼어야 한다 라고 하는 점에서 1점
철자법도 틀린게 없다 2점
7/10 정도 점수가 나올 수 있겠네요.

examiner’s comments: This summary would receive a very high score. The student has used appropriate grammatical structures and correct vocabulary choices to effectively summarise all three of the lecture’s main points about central government. The summary shows strong listening skills as the student has used much of the same terminology as the lecturer, such as ‘down-to-earth’ and ‘customer-directed’. At 66 words, the summary is an appropriate length.

내용을 보시면 아시겠지만, 모든 내용이 오디오 스크립트에 거의 토시하나 틀리지 않고 다 있습니다.
딱 마지막에 citizens will need to be better balanced 이 내용만 스크립트에서 직접적으로 찾아 볼 수 없는 내용이네요.

그런데 비교해 보시면 다른 영역에서 점수가 안 나왔는지 모르겠지만,
67점 답변과 89점 답변은 정말 한끗 차이 인거 같아요.
글자수만 맞췄어도 그리고 Second is to create public service more towards customer service 에서 마지막 service를 directed로 적었다면 거의 같은 점수를 받을 수 있지 않았나 생각 됩니다.
